Sreelakshmi, reading this passage was painful. Reading the lines and reading between the lines are two different experiences. Anyways here's my short review:

In this poignant and introspective narrative, beautifully written, the experience of living with a mood disorder, is shining a light on the often-overlooked emotion of guilt. Through a personal journey of struggles at the workplace, the words eloquently conveys the hidden burden that accompanies mental health issues. The candid exploration of self-doubt and societal expectations surrounding mental health resonates deeply, making it a compelling read. *virtual hugs*

Hi Sreelakshmi,

I cannot imagine what you are going through, but it is difficult to acknowledge mental health issues because they have no tangible presence like a physical ailment or personal commitments.

But kudos to you for taking a day off and prioritizing your health instead of putting yourself through work while internally dealing with a mental toll on yourself.

Mental health issues are very very real
